When will I receive my order?

Orders ship Monday-Friday. Products typically ship within 48 business hours after you submit your order. Delivery time will depend upon your shipping address. Orders shipping within the United States typically arrive within five days. International orders may take weeks to deliver.

How much is shipping and handling for my order?

Shipping and handling charges will be paid by Google Cloud.

Why is the item I received a different color than what I ordered?

While every effort is made to keep merchandise stocked at all times, we occasionally make color modifications to items due to supplier inventory availability.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 3 weeks of placing it, please contact us at Please note: if your order is deemed undeliverable due to user error (typos, incorrect address information, including a commercial address, etc.), Google Cloud Certifications is not responsible for issuing replacement orders or new voucher codes.

For International orders, who pays the duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes will be paid upfront by Google Cloud. You should not be charged any duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. If you do receive a customs fee or duty notice, please reach out to us at

Can products be shipped to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses?

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. All products can be shipped to APO and FPO addresses and will typically be sent via USPS. When shipping to an APO/FPO, please remember to indicate the following: US for recipients within the United States; AE for recipients in Canada, Europe, Africa or Middle East; and, AP for recipients in Asia or the Pacific. For all addresses select United States from the country pull down menu.

Will I be charged sales tax?

All taxes are prepaid by Google Cloud.

What is the policy and process for returns?

Only products that are broken or incorrect may be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.

What information do you collect?

We automatically track your Internet domain address, other identifiers, location, and your use of this website, and analyze this data for trends and statistics. We also maintain a record of your online orders.

How do you use the information that is collected?

May I change my information?

It is very important that you review your shipping information prior to submitting your order. We have installed a check box to allow you to confirm the accuracy of your information. However, if you place your order and later discover you made an error in the shipping address, you may only change your shipping information by contacting our customer service team. If the order has not been transmitted to the warehouse to be fulfilled, it may be possible to change the ship-to address. However, if this has been sent to the warehouse, shipping information cannot be altered.

What is your policy on providing access to minors?

Our website is for Google Cloud Perk awardees only. We do not knowingly accept personal information from any child under 18 years of age. We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children's online activities and supervise children's access to the web. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not given permission to use this website or place any orders on it.

Why is the item I'm trying to select Sold Out or on Backorder?

While every effort is made to keep merchandise stocked at all times, items do sell out on occasion which may delay the availability of selectable merchandise. We encourage you to save your voucher code in these situations and check back on the site within 1-2 weeks, as inventory is likely to become available within that timeframe.

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped. For domestic orders, you will be provided with a tracking number from the approved freight carrier. For international orders, depending on your order’s destination, you may or may not receive a tracking number.
