Orders ship Monday - Friday.

In-stock products usually ship within 48 business hours after you submit your order. Delivery time will depend upon your shipping address. Orders shipping within the United States typically arrive within five business days. International orders may take weeks to deliver.

If products are out of stock or backordered, this may also delay shipment.

Shipping and handling charges will be paid by Google.

If you do not receive your order within 3 weeks of placing it, please contact us at googleoss@robertsonmarketing.com. Please note: if your order is deemed undeliverable due to user error (typos, incorrect address information, including a commercial address, etc.), Google is not responsible for issuing replacement orders or new voucher codes.

Duties and taxes will be paid upfront by Google. You should not be charged any duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. If you do receive a customs fee or duty notice, please reach out to us at googleoss@robertsonmarketing.com

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. All products can be shipped to APO and FPO addresses and will typically be sent via USPS. When shipping to an APO/FPO, please remember to indicate the following: US for recipients within the United States; AE for recipients in Canada, Europe, Africa or Middle East; and, AP for recipients in Asia or the Pacific. For all addresses select United States from the country pull down menu.

All taxes are prepaid by Google.

Only products that are broken or incorrect may be returned within 90 days of the original order date.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped which will include tracking information.

Every effort is made to source all the products provided responsibly and to comply with local regulations.
